All requests for merchandise must be submitted through the Online Application Process. Due to the large amount of requests received, a request must be received within a minimum of 30 business days prior to the event date.
Within five working days of receipt, notice will be given to the organization entailing either one of the following:
- If approved: you will receive notification in writing and by follow-up phone call. Arrangements will be made for pick-up or delivery of merchandise;
- If denied: you will receive notification by email, letter or telephone.
